Privacy notice for the Thermo Printer app

H&K International Trade Ltd. (hereinafter: "the Company") respects the privacy of the user (hereinafter: "the User") of the Thermo Printer Application (hereinafter: "the Application") and all services offered through the Application. This privacy statement describes which data is collected and processed, how the Company handles the collected data, and for which purpose the data is processed.
The Company respects the data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This privacy statement applies to the use of the mobile application Thermo Printer, provided by the Company.
The Company processes the following data:
The Company does not require the User to create an account or provide personal data to use the Application.
The Application works entirely offline and does not require an internet connection.
The Application contains a Bluetooth printing connection SDK, a device connection and Bluetooth printing component provided by the Company.
This component is used to search for and connect to Bluetooth printers, maintain the printer connection, and provide printing functionality selected by the User to the connected printer.
The component is loaded locally within the Application and communicates with the printer directly over Bluetooth. It does not transmit any personal data over the Internet to the Company or to any third party.
To provide Bluetooth printing, the component may process locally on the Device the Bluetooth device name, Bluetooth device identifier or address, and operational data generated during printing. This data is not transmitted externally and is not shared with any third party.
Other content prepared for printing, such as images, labels, or other content prepared for printing, remains on the Device and is not transmitted externally.
The Company processes the data for the following purposes:
The Company does not sell or share personal data with third parties.
To provide printing, print data is transmitted locally via Bluetooth only to the printer selected and connected by the User. This local Bluetooth transmission is limited to the printing function and is not an internet-based transfer to the SDK provider or any other third party.
App data is stored only on the device and is cleared when the app is uninstalled.
The Company does not collect or store any personal data. The limited personal data processed by the Application — such as the Bluetooth device name and identifier — is processed locally on the User's own Device and remains entirely under the User's control. The User can access, correct, or erase this data at any time directly on the Device (for example, by uninstalling the Application, which clears all local app data as described in section 7).
If the User has any privacy question or request, they can contact the Company using the information in section 1, and the Company will respond accordingly.
The Company reserves the right to change this privacy statement. Changes will be published in the Application.
To provide its core functions, the Application requests the following permissions on the User's Device. All processing related to these permissions happens locally on the Device and is not transmitted to the Company or any third party.
The Application does not request microphone, contacts, or any internet/network permission, and it works entirely offline without an account.
